Journey Within Sober Living was founded in 2016 by founder Kim Arnold (also know as Coach Kim) as a non-profit organization. However,  Coach Kim  has been serving the community since 2005. As she observed most of her life how her community had been ravished by violence, drug, addictions, and how families were impacted. She was able to convince a small but dedicated group of friends and family, to go with her out into the community passing out food, clothing, hygiene goodie bags along with very much needed hugs and prayers for the people they served.  JWSL's community outreach has led us around the globe,  teaching elementary school and raising funds to build a school in Kenya. Serving in Japan, Brazil, Jamaica in the poorest communities. Our goal is to help women with children, single women, women coming out of incarceration and drug rehab put their lives back together again. Through housing and needed community resources.
